 Auction HouseAuction House Rules:~The person who owns the item or animal to be auctioned must post the reserve bid, the minimum bid increment, and the date and time the auction closes (including time zone). ~If the person who is holding the auction wants to make the new owner sign a contract of any sort, the details of that contract must be in the beginning post. ~All posts are final. If you post a horse you want to sell, but someone would rather buy it privately, you may close the auction early ONLY IF no one has bid yet. If you hold the highest bid, you must pay the auction holder and claim the item or animal. You cannot retract a bid after it is placed.

BreedingIf you would like to breed two horses together, post it here. If the stallion is not yours, also post the breeding contract you have set up with the stallion's owner. Please note that not every breeding will be successful, and you will have to go to a vet a week after the breeding to see if the breeding took. You will not be able to find out the color or gender of the baby until the foal is born.

If your time away will exceed the month of inactivity mark, please be extra careful about your estimate on when you will become active again. Any member who is gone for more than a week past their estimate will have their membership deleted and their horses sent to the Humane Society.
